Taught at İstanbul Technical University (İTÜ), one of the most respected universities in Türkiye, and supported by the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Human Resources Office, the second application period for the international “Human Resources Management Master's Program” will commence soon.

The program aims to train globally recognized Human Resources Managers who can lead human resources in line with the needs of our era. The program is open to applications from all countries, in particular the member and observer countries of the Organization of Turkic States, the Balkans and African countries.

The second period of applications for the program, which has two tracks (with thesis and without thesis) will be accepted between 5-29 August 2024. The language of instruction for both tracks is Turkish.

All holders of a bachelor’s degree who want to work in the field of Human Resources are eligible to apply. For more information, candidates are advised to check the links below. Applications need to be submitted through the designated webpage of İTÜ below.

International candidates applying for the master’s program with thesis track will be financially supported through the "Türkiye Scholarship" program of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities.

International candidates who meet all application criteria but do not have a Turkish language certificate will be given the opportunity to study Turkish language at preparatory classes.

Candidates with international status applying for the master’s program with thesis track are expected to send an e-mail to ikyukseklisans@cbiko.gov.tr for scholarship application.
